The rooms are available on arrival day after 2:00 p.m. With arrivals after 8:00 p.m., please contact us by telephone. We ask you to leave the rooms on the departure day by 11:00 a.m.
Please communicate all cancellations in writing. With confirmned reservations we reserve the right to charge 80% of the overnight accomodation price if a further placement is not possible. With early departures the entire booked stay is due for immediate payment, however there is a reimbursement if further placement is possible.
We recommend travel cancellation insurance. We will gladly send you an application form on request.
In all other cases the German Hotel Arragement (DEHOGA) is valid.
